Background Wall Design Can Change the Whole Mood of a Room

You may be wondering what is the right way to go about using a wall mural for your home or business and how does this impact on your background wall decoration? Many people still tend to get their walls painted with one theme in mind which can sometimes result in a bland-looking space. On the other hand, by having a different theme throughout the room you can give it a much more individual feel and make it a focal point for the space. So how do you go about creating a great looking design that will stand the test of time and continue to delight visitors?

Well the first thing you need to do is work out your main design theme. Consider how you would like the room to appear and think about any particular elements that you would like to include. Once you have your main theme worked out you can start to plan out your design murals. Look at different pictures to get an idea of how different mural designs will look.

Most people start by selecting a picture and getting a border around it. Then they select images to surround this border. This allows them to have a much more individual feel to their background wall murals. Some people even go so far as to use abstract designs and geometric patterns to create a really unique looking design.

Remember that your theme needs to be consistent throughout your room. If you are a student, for example, you don't want to have books all around the room with different themes. The same goes if you are trying to decorate an office. While you could change the murals every so often, the design needs to be easy to keep together. As you pick and choose your images, think about how each one will relate to the others and work together to form a cohesive design.

If you are going for an abstract look, then you can get some great abstract wall art online. Many people choose this design because they simply don't want to deal with the design part of it. It also allows them to control how big or small they want their murals to be. You can either get murals that are large and spread across the wall or small and tucked away in a corner.

Another option for your background wall mural is to use water color. These murals feature bold, saturated colors that look fantastic when used in a scene or as part of a bigger image. Think about using a bright yellow sun in a scene with blue water or something along those lines. This is a great way to bring a certain color scheme into your room without having to mess with the actual wall. Since most of these murals are acrylic on paint, they dry fairly quickly so you can move them fairly easily if you need to.

Another popular option is to choose an image from a magazine and use that as a base for your mural. If you're not artistically inclined, then this may not be the best design for you. However, many people feel more comfortable putting a picture of something they love on the wall and making their own design. The good news is that there are many companies out there that sell kits for this purpose. These companies will often allow you to take a picture of your wall with your choice of background and paint the mural you choose on it.

If you have children, you might want to consider something like a cartoon theme or a sports-related design. There are many companies that make murals specifically for this audience. These include sports images, dinosaurs, and everything else under the sun. These types of designs are fun and exciting and kids love them. Just be sure to choose a design that your kids will enjoy hanging up on their wall!
